Last night I stayed up until 3 or 4am FaceTiming my family and to see my brother David opening his mission call. It was such a happy moment for everyone and I am so excited for him! He will be going to the Russia Moscow Mission. He reports to the Provo MTC on July 1st.
It is bittersweet for me. I am beyond elated for him to have this experience and to serve. At the same time, I will miss him so much. It will be three years until I will get to see him as I am in the UK, and he will be gone for Jonathan leaving on his mission. He will be gone for Daniel's wedding. It just isn't the same without him and I will miss him so much.
